Stuff you might want to know
FVI on Patreon
A great way to support our troupe, other than coming to see our shows, it to become a Patreon supporter.
Your monthly $5 contribution helps us keep our gear in shape, pay advertising and website maintenance costs, and pay our performers for their time and talents.
To say thanks to our supporters, they receive a $5 discount to all FVI ticketed shows! If you come to both shows in a month you’ll get $10 in benefits!
Broken Clock members also get $5 off of our shows there! And you can stack those discounts! That’s right! For those that are both Broken Clock members and Patreon supporters, your admission to Broken Clock shows is… ZERO DOLLARS! We’re just giving it away here!
FVI on YouTube
Most of our shows (barring technical difficulties) get posted to our YouTube channel. However, the Uncensored part of UnProv isn’t always appreciated by YouTube. They like to demonetize channels that swear, but we’re not scared! We don’t have enough subscribers to be monetized in the first place!
Subscribe to our channel and help us get demonetized!

The Parting Glass…
I recently watched this video of two of my favorite comedians working today, John Oliver and Steve Colbert, discussing the nuanced differences between stand-up and improv.
When a stand-up comedian has a rough set they fail alone. When we as a individuals do or say something during a show that doesn’t resonate with the audience quite the way we expect it to, or if the jokes just aren’t coming (which happens sometimes), we know the troupe has our back.
This is known as “bombing”, and it’s a lot easier when you know you’re surrounded by friends who understand what you’re going through, who may have been there, and who know just what to say or do to make you feel better.
This applies to life as well. If you’re ever facing the unknown, afraid to move forward but unable to go back, I hope you have a group of people around you that you love and trust to support you through your successes and through your failures.
And if you don’t have that… maybe you should be friends with more improvisers.
Have you visited our website lately? With social media sliding downhill fast, our website is the best place to stay up to date on what’s going on with FVI, and our friends. We’ve recently streamlined options for donating money to the troupe! Mention your donation at our box office for a discount on your admission!
