FVI at Broken Clock Brewing

Fantastic Voyage Improv brings UnProv to the B-Side Lounge at Broken Clock Brewing Cooperative in Minneapolis the third Monday of the month. Tickets are just $10 ($5 for our Patreon Supporters and Broken Clock members). Doors open at 6:30 for a 7pm show.

Our next Broken Clock show is Monday August 17. Tickets available at the door, or in advance at Eventbrite.

Look, we get it. Mondays are hard. Let’s make them less hard by laughing together!

Fantastic Voyage Improv brings UnProv to the Cellar Event Space at Padraig’s Brewing in Minneapolis the first Wednesday of the month. Tickets are just $10 ($5 for our Patreon Supporters). Doors open at 6:30 for a 7pm show.

Seating is limited so arrive early, or get tickets in advance at Eventbrite.

ComedySportz is improvised comedy played like a sport. Two teams of actors create short games and scenes, based on audience suggestions, to earn points and laughs! This show is rated E for everyone!

​This year they’re expanding their schedule! Every 2nd & 4th Friday and Saturday of the month at Strike Theater. Shows start at 7:30. Get tickets and learn more on their website!

On August 20 they’re hosting the Oasis Laugh Battle at Lush. Watch as some of the best BIPOC comedy minds in the Twin Cities “battle through lightning-fast games, building scenes from nothing and taking big swings in front of a live crowd that can feel the tension rising.”

Can’t make it that night? This unique show runs the 3rd Thursday of every month at Lush.

M at the 2026 Minnesota Fringe

A massive manhunt is underway in Berlin. Police have been searching for a prolific serial killer to no avail. After months of suspicion and panic, the city’s criminal underground decides to take matters into their own hands and hunt down the murderer themselves.

Based on the 1931 noir by Fritz Lang, this new adaptation is written and directed by Emma Kessler.

What’s the difference between BPD and BD? Is the expert always right? From anxiety to PTSD, storyteller Jena Young shares her experience with an undiagnosed parent, being misdiagnosed, and the power of labels.

This show deals with topics of mental health, trauma, and abuse.

Stories From the Trauma Dump

A collective storytelling show featuring local artists sharing humorous tales around mental health. One woman performs scenes from Shakespeare’s comedies and tragedies exploring his deep understanding of the closest, longest and most frustrating relationship of your life: your relationship with your siblings.

Creator, actor, and middle child Deanne McDonald and director Sara Pillatzki-Warzeha shared an office in graduate school at MSU – Mankato when Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” was a thing. Now the pair explores a life that straddles that elder millennial divide of Gen X older brothers and babysitters and little sisters that dress like the Delia’s catalogue through the lens of Shakespeare. McDonald performs scenes from past roles in comedies and tragedies from A Midsummer Night’s Dream to Macbeth featuring a wide variety of sibling dynamics, intercut with personal insights and iconic music.

Carisa Hendrix is a professional comic and magician, and is also the master behind the viral sensation that is Lucy Darling.

Lucy Darling tells poignant stories and does hilarious crowd work, using improv to the delight of audiences.

In this video she discusses with an audience member how she tries to weave improv, magic, comedy, and storytelling to create an amazing variety show.

It’s a fascinating insight behind the curtain of a wonderful performer.
